I'm feeling the pressure now. How am I going to handle two babies? Thats double the diaper duty! Double everything...and thats just if there is only one in there. I have plans cemented for Ephraim's birthday, all except the cake ordered...so that is crossed off my list. Plans for California are taken care of so thats done too. What's left is all of those scrap booking materials I bought so I could make my own baby book for Ephraim. If I don't finish that up before we move, the poor kid will never have a completed baby book and you can just forget about the new baby's book! Yeah right! So that was my plan for today...working on Ephraim's left over baby projects.
Before I made too much progress, the plan got halted with my idea for a breast cancer walk at the restaurant this May. I lived in Macomb a long time ago, and only for a little while. I don't know what kind of "fun days" the town has or what sort of events they plan but I thought it would be a great idea to have a Mother's Day Breast Cancer walk, hosted by the restaurant! I figured it would be a great way to introduce us as new business owners in the town as well as supporting a great cause. Not long did my mind drift from baby photos to tshirt, poster, and quilt designs! I think now that I have a plan though, I will go back to Ephraim's baby stuff for the next week and then I can work on the stuff for the walk.
I need something to keep me busy until we go to Disneyland. Oh! Didn't I mention?! We are going to Disneyland when we go out to California...how can you not take the baby for his first birthday? I think I'm the most excited!!
