The geese are getting fat

Christmas is coming! I am SO excited about Christmas this year. I know that Ephraim isn't really old enough to absorb everything that is going on, but he certainly enjoys all of the lights and dancing snowmen!

I've dug out all of my decorations...and just put the tree up this afternoon. The colors and sparkle have seemed to have gotten his attention! And the paper! Forget about it!! I think balls of paper under the tree will be the favored gift this year. And while we are on the subject of wrapping gifts, I have to rant here about the packaging of toys! I haven't had to open many children's toys since my sister was younger...about ten years ago. Just to open cheap bath toys took about five minutes. I'm going to be pre-opening all of his gifts that go under the tree this year.
