Deadlines are approaching and I am off to the fabric store to stock up on some key items for my baby's Halloween costume. I'm not sure how well the execution of this plan is going to go, but pictures will follow in the next few days. Wish me luck!

Since one project is almost finished, I have to start on another, or at least finish up one that has been lingering for the past few years. Years? Yes, years. I've been itching to get my hands on some new fabric for a quilt. We have some other purchases to make so that quilt will have to wait. In the mean time, I've dug up an old one that never got finished. All I have left is some border work on the top and then quilting it. I would really like to free form the top but my machine isn't quite equipped for such a feat! It just might die at the thought of swirling this crazy quilt around and around!

I haven't kept a quilt in a while. I give most of the quilts I make away. The last one I kept is finally hanging on the wall in Ephraim's room, but that's his quilt now.

Off to buy some cloud materials...
